this is the Montevideo I got to know from my hotel room in an old building called Hotel Palacio. this miniature city I saw from the window isn't the same city as the one I had walked around earlier or the one I saw pass by through the bus windows. I am both terrified and fascinated by the urban scenery: a city can be one or a million cities that are one.
